MiKK is introducing the Wednesday Webinar Series, created specifically for EU family lawyers who handle cross-border parental responsibility conflicts and international child abduction cases.
Almost three years after the Brussels IIb Recast (Council Regulation (EU) 2019/1111) came into effect, lawyers throughout the EU appreciate the Regulation’s significant improvements in the field of cross-border parental responsibility and child abduction disputes – while also pointing out areas where they are experiencing challenges.
The MiKK Wednesday Webinars aim to provide EU family lawyers with the opportunity to gain hands-on practical guidance on applying the Brussels IIb Recast in complex EU family law disputes.

The 2 Webinars will help deepen understanding of the Regulation, explore innovative approaches, and share best practices for resolving complex parental responsibility and parental child abduction cases. LAwyers will also benefit from exchanging perspectives and network with colleagues from across EU Member States.

Fees:
The Webinars are EU co-funded, thus a reduced registration fee of 60 €/Webinar can be offered.
MiKK Members, Mediators, Lawyers, and members of our Institutional Members are entitled to an additional 15% discount.
A special rate of €42 per Webinar is available for Lawyers from EU-eligible countries.
