MiKK was very honoured to have been invited to join a panel of leading experts who will address the Legal Affairs Committee of the European Parliament in a public hearing on the topic of “Safeguarding the rights of the child in cross-border family disputes” on Monday, 19th November 2019 in Brussels.
Ischtar Khalaf-Newsome, Head of MiKK Advisory Services, spoke on the role of mediation in safeguarding children’s rights in cross-border family disputes.
The event was hosted by the JURI Committee with Elisabeth Morin-Chartier MEP and EP Coordinator on Children’s Rights. More information is available here.
