Peer Consultation and Intervision

MiKK offers a free online Intervision & Peer Consultation service for all MiKK-listed mediators worldwide. The meetings take place via Zoom on the 2nd Wednesday of every month, from 19:00–20:30 CET.
These sessions provide a space to discuss ongoing or completed mediations, as well as any mediation-related questions, even if they are not connected to a specific case. Depending on participants’ preferences, the consultations are held in English, German, or in parallel groups for both languages.
Each session begins with a brief check-in, followed by a structured reflection process that allows participants to present cases, explore challenges, and gain new perspectives—always with full respect for confidentiality.
Intervision promotes peer support, exchange of experience, and professional growth, offering fresh ideas, insights, and new approaches to mediation practice.

Verfahrensbeistand Training
